The cow dung organic fertilizer production line is a comprehensive equipment system that uses cow dung as the main raw material to process organic fertilizer. First, the cow dung in the dung pool is pumped into the equipment with the help of a slurry pump using a cow dung treatment machine. After the dehydration process, the moisture content of the cow dung can be controlled at about 40%. Then, crops such as straw and rice bran (rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other elements) are selected as filling materials, and biological bacteria agents are evenly sprinkled on them to fully ferment in the raw materials. During the fermentation period, the turning operation is performed every 1-2 days. Under normal circumstances, it can be fully decomposed in 7-10 days.
Compared with chicken manure, the organic matter content of cow dung is relatively low. Usually, after the raw materials are fermented, they can directly enter the deep processing granulation stage. This complete production line covers a series of equipment such as fermentation compost turning machine, semi-wet material crusher, drum screening machine, mixer, granulator, dryer, cooler, screening machine, film coating machine and automatic quantitative packaging machine.
