Distiller's Grains Dryer Machine is a kind of equipment specialized for dehydration of waste wine lees. Inside the drum of the dryer, the wine lees are constantly rolling and throwing, maximizing the contact area with the hot air and accelerating the evaporation of water.
Dehumidification stage: The moisture in the wine lees is evaporated and discharged from the drum together with the hot air. The dryer is usually equipped with a dehumidification system to discharge moisture in time to prevent affecting the drying effect.
Discharging stage: The dried wine lees are discharged through the discharge port and can be further processed or directly packaged and stored according to demand.
Dust removal device: In order to prevent the dust generated during the drying process from polluting the environment, the Distiller's Grains Dryer Machine is usually equipped with dust removal equipment, such as a cyclone dust collector or a bag dust collector, to purify the exhaust gas.
