Sugarcane bagasse is a major by-product of the sugar industry, rich in nutrients such as cellulose, and is a high-quality feed and environmentally friendly raw material. However, sugarcane bagasse contains a large amount of water. Before recycling, a sugarcane bagasse dryer is needed to reduce moisture content and promote reprocessing.
At present, the most commonly used drying method for sugarcane bagasse is dehydration followed by high-temperature hot air drying. Our sugarcane bagasse dryer is specially designed and developed based on the characteristics of sugarcane bagasse. The water in sugarcane bagasse evaporates and gasifies rapidly through heat exchange. The processing capacity of the drying system can be customized to meet the drying needs of various scales of bagasse. Select various heating sources according to user requirements. Sugarcane bagasse can also be used as a substitute material for wood in the production of paper cups, fully biodegradable agricultural films, and catering appliances. Among them, the fully biodegradable agricultural film is made of 100% bagasse pulp, which can be recycled for papermaking and naturally degraded, solving the problem of white pollution caused by the use of polystyrene tableware. It is considered the most promising new achievement. Catering products made from sugarcane bagasse have high whiteness and density, good temperature and oil resistance, are non-toxic and tasteless, and can be completely degraded within three months. There is no pollution during the production process, and the production cost is much lower than that of pulp molded fast food boxes.
