Beer yeast is the residue produced in the process of beer brewing. Yeast contains a variety of nutrients and can be used as feed to feed livestock. However, due to the high water content of yeast, it is not convenient to transport and feed directly. Therefore, the use of beer yeast dryer equipment to dry the yeast is more convenient for the subsequent recovery and reuse of yeast.
Dingli beer yeast dryer uses indirect conduction heating to heat the drying cylinder with steam to evaporate the moisture in the material. The drying cylinder is a smooth metal cylinder that is driven to rotate by a transmission device with an adjustable speed. After the slurry is preheated to about 50°C, it is pumped to the immersion tank at the bottom of the drying cylinder, and a uniform slurry film is applied to the outer surface of the drying cylinder. The steam pressure is 0.15-0.3Mpa. After the material is heated, the moisture is vaporized and discharged by the fan. After the drying cylinder rotates one circle, the material is dried, unloaded and collected by a scraper.
