1. Check before starting
(1) Before turning on the machine for production, check whether the source of the hot air flow is normal. Check whether the amount of oil in the fuel tank is sufficient.
(2) Manually check the tightness of the conveyor belt and adjust the tightness of the belt to the best condition.
(3) The staff shall observe whether the supporting part of the equipment has loose screws or other conditions.
(4) Observe whether there are foreign objects in the wind wheel of the device and whether the fan is damaged.
2. During the operation of okara drying equipment
(1) Don't rush to put in materials first, check whether the machine is running normally after starting.
(2) Pay attention to whether there is blockage during the drying process of okara.
(3) Observe whether the temperature data on the device is normal at all times, and stop the machine immediately to check if it is abnormal.
3. After turning off the device
(1) Clean the dust box and keep everything ventilated and comfortable.
(2) Check the power line, whether the power line is exposed to the outside.
(3) Wipe the back cover of the chassis with a soft cloth.
