According to the heating method of the wood chip dryer, the hot air furnace can be divided into a direct heating furnace and an indirect heating furnace.
According to the fuel characteristics and the heating method required for wood chips, Zhengzhou Dingli dryer manufacturers generally recommend customers to choose the direct heating method of the three-layer drum, and the heat source equipment to choose the boiling furnace or the layer burning furnace. Uneven fuel distribution will reduce the amount of available air, increase fuel consumption, and increase the carbon monoxide content in the flue gas.
