Coconut bran is dried and used in the cultivation field or made into coconut bran bricks. It is non-toxic, harmless and odorless, and has high economic value. However, the coconut bran drying process has certain technical difficulties. At present, Zhengzhou Dingli has launched an environmentally friendly coconut bran dryer with good safety and stable operation. It is technically upgraded for the problems of coconut bran drying which is easy to catch fire and easy to block materials. The moisture of coconut bran drying is about 15% at a time. The technological process of coconut bran dryer is described in detail below.
Coconut bran raw material exits the feed bin through a forklift, and is evenly fed into the wind feeder through a variable-frequency belt conveyor, and then blown into the three-layer drum dryer forcibly by the high-pressure fan for drying. The dryer is in full contact with the high-temperature flue gas provided by the hot blast stove for heat exchange. The three-layer roller adopts a full downstream structure, that is, the hot air and the material both take the S line, and the high-temperature hot air and the high-humidity material contact. As the moisture of the material slowly decreases, the temperature of the hot air also decreases, avoiding the front section of the outer layer of the original three-layer roller high-temperature hot air and low-moisture materials can easily catch fire. The drive device of the dryer abandons the conventional ring gear drive, and uses a four-wheel drive device, thereby ensuring the smoothness and adjustability of the operation of the drying drum, and at the same time can protect the working condition of the topping motor safely, even if there is a moment overcurrent will not cause the motor to burn out. After drying the coconut bran dryer, a fully sealed screw conveyor conveys the material to avoid the material caused by the air leakage being pumped away by the wind, and also to prevent the dust from flying.
