The effective means of sewage treatment is to press and dewater the sewage, and then dry the sludge. The volume of the dried sludge can be reduced by 4 to 5 times. The product is odorless and free of pathogens. It can be used as fertilizer, soil improver and substitute energy, etc.
According to the characteristics of sludge treatment at present, Dingli Group has carried out a series of technical breakthroughs and practices, and carefully developed a horizontal stirring continuous drying equipment with steam as heat transfer medium and heat conduction as the main part. Because the agitating blade is shaped like a paddle, it is called a paddle dryer. The product can indirectly heat or cool the paste, granular, powder, and slurry materials, and can complete unit operations such as drying, cooling, heating, sterilization, reaction, and low temperature combustion. The special wedge-type stirring heat transfer blades in the equipment have high heat transfer efficiency and self-cleaning function of the heat transfer surface.
The cylinder is a jacket structure in which hot steam circulates inside. During operation, water vapor is introduced into the jacket, hollow shaft and blade to provide the heat required for drying; a very small amount of air is introduced into the dryer and used as a carrier for the steam (or organic steam) that evaporates during drying; the material enters the machine from the feed port, and is conveyed by the hollow blade to the discharge port for discharging. The material is heated and evaporated by the hollow blade and the jacket during the conveying process to be dried. The heat transfer surface of the wedge blade has a self-cleaning function. The relative motion between the particles and the wedge surface produces a washing effect which washes away the adhering material on the surface of the blade, which allows the material to have a long residence time and a high fill factor.
