Potassium humate dryer is a continuous drying equipment using conductive drying technology, which is specially used to process paste, viscous or liquid potassium humate materials. The rotary drum is heated by heat source to achieve water evaporation and material solidification. Its core function is to efficiently remove moisture from potassium humate (such as reducing the initial moisture content from 50-60% to less than 10% of the final moisture content) while retaining heat-sensitive active ingredients.
Potassium humate dryer is an internal heating conduction type drying equipment, which relies on the outer wall of the drum to transfer heat through contact with the material, rather than simply relying on hot air convection.
It includes core components such as rotary drum, heat source system, feed/discharge device, induced draft fan, and crushing scraper. The scraper or scraper structure is designed inside the drum to increase the dispersion of the material and accelerate the heat exchange efficiency through rotation.

The wet material is evenly distributed on the inner wall of the drum through the feeding device to form a thin layer of material film of 0.5-1.5mm. The heat source (steam, heat transfer oil, etc.) heats the drum, and the heat is transferred to the material film to cause the water to evaporate. The drying cycle only takes 10-15 seconds. The dried finished product is discharged through the discharge valve, and the exhaust gas is treated by the dust removal system and meets the emission standards.
Potassium humate dryer is mainly used in chemical, compound fertilizer, agriculture and other fields, especially suitable for the continuous drying needs of high-viscosity potassium humate slurry. This working process combines the heat conduction-dominated drying mode with mechanically assisted dispersion technology to ensure the efficiency and quality stability of the potassium humate drying process.
