For slime dryer manufacturers, the transmission mode of the equipment is a very critical issue, and the design of the transmission part is also the core of the slime dryer. Using horizontal transmission, the transmission route is very long, covering a large area, and the flow of hot air is difficult to solve; the same long vertical transmission route has a small area, easy layout of pipes, and low heat loss. Therefore, it is generally selected vertical transmission line.
In this transmission mode, the pulling forces of the two chains on the same sprocket can cancel each other, the entire chain is less stressed, and the transmission is reliable.
The hanging basket is installed on the curved plate of the conveyor chain. Due to the large axial distance between the two sprockets and the long transmission route, it is difficult for each row of sprockets to be installed in the same plane; the fixing method of the hanging basket on the chain is an important issue that affects whether the machine can work normally. Fix the gondola, when the gondola moves to the position where the two sprocket shafts are too large or too small, the gondola will be pulled or compressed and be stuck; the gondola is repeatedly pulled and pressed, not only easy to damage. More importantly, due to excessive pulling pressure when the gondola is turning, the gondola has been stuck and cannot always maintain a horizontal position. The materials in the basket will be poured out automatically, making the machine unable to work normally. For this reason, the part connecting the pin shaft and the hanging basket should be made into an optical shaft, and the pin shaft should be fixed on the conveyor chain bending plate. The hanging basket is freely supported between the two pin shafts, and the hanging basket can move freely on the pin shafts during the feeding process.
