After the internal temperature of the slime dryer stabilizes, the air damper can only be gradually restored, the fire will be advanced, and the slime dryer will be strengthened. The internal ventilation intensifies the use of fuel and increases the heat inside the equipment. When the air volume in the equipment is too small, increase the height of the air dam of the equipment so that the front part of the equipment burning zone is under negative pressure, and the rear part is burning under positive pressure. And to ensure the air volume of the internal heat preservation position and the cooling position, improve the quality of the fuel and the probability of heat exchange, and eliminate the occurrence of insufficient fire in the equipment.
2. Always check the temperature inside the equipment to compare the temperature of the slime drying equipment to the temperature of the dryer, and to limit it according to the amount of fuel added to ensure that the addition of fuel outside the slime dryer is carried out in a long flow of water to avoid excessive causes the temperature to be unqualified or too low to completely burn.
3. Reasonably add equipment fuel according to the change in heat production of equipment fuel. If the heat production value of the fuel at this stage is higher than the heat production value of the previous fuel, reduce the fuel addition. If the situation is opposite, increase the amount of fuel added to ensure that the slime dryer is evenly heated.
