Beet residue is a waste residue produced in the process of sugar beet processing. This material contains certain nutritional value and can be dried into feed. Zhengzhou Dingli is a feed dryer equipment manufacturer. It has launched a new type of beet residue drying equipment with the characteristics of beet residue and other materials, which can meet the processing demand of more than 20 tons per day. After being processed by Dingli beet residue dehydration equipment, the beet residue with high moisture content enters the Dingli beet residue dryer through the conveying equipment. The beet residue enters the inner layer of the rotary drum from the feeding device to achieve downstream drying. The beet residue moves to the other end of the inner layer and enters the middle layer for countercurrent drying. The beet residue is continuously raised in the middle layer, showing a two-step forward and one-step travel mode. The beet residue travels to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer, and travels in a rectangular multi-loop manner in the outer drum. The beet residue that has reached the drying effect is quickly discharged out of the drum under the action of hot air, and the wet beet residue that has not reached the drying effect cannot travel quickly due to its own weight. The beet residue is fully dried in the rectangular slab to complete the drying purpose.
After being processed by Dingli beet residue dryer, the moisture of beet residue begins to decrease, and it can be used as feed material. It is currently used in many manufacturers. If you are interested, please consult us online.
