The main working principle is: the sawdust enters the sawdust dryer by the combined material plate and the rotating cylinder body, the material is boiled and fluidized in the cylinder, and the hot air fully touches the material to complete the drying.
The maintenance of the sawdust dryer is an extremely important and regular job. It should be closely coordinated with the extremely operation and maintenance, etc., and there should be full-time personnel to carry out the duty inspection.
Installation test
1. The equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.
2. When installing, pay attention to the vertical of the main body and the horizontal.
3. After installation, check whether the bolts of each part are loose and whether the door of the host machine is tightened. If so, please tighten it.
4. Configure the power cord and control switch according to the power of the device.
5. After the inspection is completed, carry out the no-load test run, and the test run can be carried out normally.
Machine maintenance
1. The shaft bears the full load of the negative machine, so good lubrication has a great relationship with the bearing life. It directly affects the service life and operating rate of the machine. Therefore, the injected lubricant must be clean and the seal must be good. The main oil injection point (1) rotating bearing (2) roller bearing (3) all gears (4) movable bearing and sliding plane.
2. Newly installed wheels are prone to loosening and must be checked frequently.
3. Pay attention to whether the work of each part of the machine is normal.
4. Pay attention to check the degree of wear of easy-wear parts, and pay attention to replace worn parts at any time.
5. The bottom plane of the mobile device should be free of dust and other objects to prevent the movable bearing from moving on the bottom frame when the machine encounters materials that cannot be broken, resulting in a serious accident.
6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause and eliminate it.
7. If there is impact sound when the rotating gear is running, it should be stopped and checked immediately and eliminated.
